Founder & CEO
Voiko Loukanov established the company in 1996, incorporating it in 1997. Starting as a few people in a warehouse, the company grew fast ang gained global presence in the whole World. A forward thinking and dynamic entrepreneur, he led D&V Electronics to become a prominent manufacturer and a global leader of custom automotive testing equipment.
Academic Background
Loukanov earned his Ph.D. in electronics engineering from the Technical University of Sofia in 1984. He later served as an Associate Professor there until 1993.
