D&V has developed testing equipment for the production, performance and endurance testing of BSG/ISG motors for customers from OEM’s to Tier One’s to the Aftermarket. D&V’s modular testing equipment can provide low and high-volume production equipment ready for any new combination of motor and inverter and gear/transmission products. When performance and endurance testing, D&V has testing equipment with precision environmental thermal chambers and chillers fully integrated into the system software. D&V’s power supply options range from starter power supplies with regen load banks to High current and Voltage DC-DC regen power supplies.
